The beauty of leather is that it will age and change over time to the way you use it. Try to keep your leather dry, but when it happens, let your item air-dry overnight. You can apply saddle soap or cleaning and protection, and we recommend quality conditioners from Red Wing Shoes or from our friends at Otter Wax.
A little while ago, we were fortunate enough to collaborate with Kimura Glass of Japan for a limited run of beautiful drinking vessels. They created three sizes, and we designed and built leather sleeves for each piece. The smallest size is perfect for sake, holding about six ounces total. The middle size makes for a smaller sized Tom Collins style glass, holding 10 ounces. The largest is wide and low, perfectly suited for an old fashioned and holds 14 ounces.
Each piece is etched with the Kimura and W&F logos in the bottom. Leather sleeves are stamped as well, and sewn in our studio using Red Wing leather and waxed thread.
