Preposterous Mystery Box
This is the single best way to get Wood&Faulk quality goods at our best deal possible. At the end of some seasons, we sometimes have a little overstock. Sometimes we made too much, maybe it was a return, maybe I lost it in a box somewhere and my production manager finds it and scolds me. Could be a sample or a prototype or a mill flaw, but always 100% functional. Whatever way it happens, here's your chance. You pick a price point and we send you a complete mystery. They are non-returnable, but we guarantee to only ship awesome stuff.
Pick your size, but that doesn't guarantee that you'll receive an article of clothing. Just means that if you do, it'll likely fit.
We hate to think about it, but sometimes problems occur with our products. We try to make everything perfect and usually over-built, however if something was missed, we want to make sure it's corrected. Wood&Faulk products are built on the premise that they'll last a LONG TIME. Probably a poor business model if we want you to buy more things to replace your old things, but we don't care. We want your items to become part of your permanent style.
WAXED CANVAS CARE
The waxed cotton canvas we use has some special care instructions. Never machine wash or dry clean. Never use soap or chemicals. Usually the best way to clean is with a brush or a water dampened towel. It's a pretty low maintenance product, and should be treated as such. If you do need a re-wax on areas of heavy use, we do sell Martexin Original Wax in small tins here.
The beauty of leather is that it will age and change over time to the way you use it. Certain uses will age it faster... like exposure to water. Try to keep your leather as dry as possible, but when it happens, just make sure to let your item air-dry overnight. You can apply saddle soap or cleaning and protection, or we recommend conditioners from Red Wing Shoes, or from our friends at Otter Wax.
CLOSE-OUT AND FINAL SALE:
Close-out and final sale items are not eligible for returns. They still are covered under our warranty as all items, but due to special pricing, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
Regular sale items have the same return privileges as regular stock items.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are allowed within the first 20 days. If it's not perfect for you, we'll even cover return shipping for domestic orders. If you want to return, just let us know at email@example.com and we'll send you a return label.
To receive a full purchase price refund - item must be in un-used condition with all factory packaging included. Please understand that refunds cannot be given for items worn or creased or used. Include a copy of your receipt in the box and a note explaining whether you'd like a return or exchange. EXTENDED RETURN POLICY FOR THE HOLIDAY SEASON:
During the Nov-Dec gift-giving season, we extend our return period until January 15th, 2014. If you are the giver of the gift, we will refund your original purchase price to your payment method used. If you are the receiver of a gift that was purchased through our web store, we will offer you an exchange for the value of the original purchase price. If possible, please include the original proof of purchase, or the name of the person who originally purchased the gift.
